I am delighted to have joined the Evans and Evans Real Estate family after a lifetime of personal real estate investing that included commercial, land, custom builds, and residential properties. As an individual who has bought and sold real estate in California, Montana and Tennessee I know the unique trials and joys associated with the decision to enter a real estate transaction.
I, myself, moved from California to Tennessee in recent years and know how disorienting it can be to move from one state to another. I would love to help you navigate the transition. Eastern Tennessee is amazing and I pride myself in helping my out of town clients acclimate and fall in love with their new home state.

I am a mother of 3 amazing human beings who are launched and living lives that bring them joy. They are my heart! As a lifelong lover and advocate for the arts, I’ve performed in, produced, directed and promoted hundreds of shows and performing arts festivals.
I will bring my extensive organizational abilities as well as my communication skills that are concise, clear, responsive and comprehensive to your deal. Communication is key! I’ll make sure you always know what the next best step is. I will advocate for you and always look out for your best interests.
Philosophy:
If you ask my kids what my motto as a mom and a human being is, they will say it’s to “Always be honest and kind.” I will bring this spirit of kindness and integrity into each interaction as we bring you HOME.
