Gretchen Hicks

Gretchen has called East Tennessee her home since 2010.  While working on her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University, she met her husband, Kyle, and they married in 2015.  They are joyfully expecting their first baby girl in early 2018.  Kyle comes from a long line of local building contractors, and Gretchen is looking forward to working with builders and buyers alike.

Gretchen began her real estate career in 2017 with Evans & Evans.  She is a member of the North East Tennessee Association of Realtors, along with the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She believes that a Home is so much more than simply a residence, and is excited for the opportunity to work with homeowners in our area.
